AGS Donates to KOA Care Camps
The holiday season is one of charitable giving, and AGS partook in raising funds for children with cancer this year. Over the last year, AGS has raised $3,3838 for KOA Care Camps.
KOA Care Camps makes a difference in the lives of children with cancer by bringing them hope and helping them heal. Their mission is to allow amazing children enjoy the joy and freedom that comes from attending specialized summer camps, where they can feel normal and just be themselves. As other children who are just like them surround these teens and kids, they can swim, hike, sing songs and create wonderful memories that help them get through the tough times.
Kids and teens that come to KOA Care Camps don’t have to explain why they look or sound different. They are surrounded by a caring and loving community and have all the resources they need.
